About founder
Alireza Koozad
I have a diverse background in teaching, communication and sales. I have worked with international diverse companies for several years in Change Management, Team Building, Group Dynamics and Communication.
My expertise in these areas has been sharpened through my experience as a business consultant and advisor for the Chinese embassy in Iran, a real state advisor in Dubai and a management consultant for companies like IKEA, Grundfos, Lusini and, my role as a faculty member at Educe, the company that is delivering the McKinsey training function in 2022.
Additionally, I am certified as a MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Step I and II facilitator and hold an ACTP coaching certificate from the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
These certifications, along with my many years of experience working in coaching, consulting, and my interest in psychology have given me the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively help managers and their teams achieve their goals.
